TAI CHI FOLLOW THE MASTER

This is a 30-minute 4-week training program. Follow the master is a guided Qigong program designed so you can follow along with an absolute Master leading you all the way. Master Wong wears colored wrist bands on each arm, making it easy to follow, and you can confidently know your hand is in the correct position.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This is a 30-minute 4-week training program. This course is designed to create the proper foundations necessary to become a master in the two areas of Tai Chi. By enrolling in this course, you will get lifetime access to all lectures and materials that you can revisit as many times as needed.

Before I started this course, I had already learned Yang-style 108 form, Tai Chi, in Taiwan. I wanted to teach patients Tai Chi to help them heal symptoms, but I found it very difficult to train others. I went online to research possible solutions and came across the Master Wong Instructors Course.
