Loved the book. in the midst of an interesting story, there is a lot of knowledge about training, sequences, situational awareness and the most important one, the mindset for training, for fighting, and life in general that truly helps overcome fears and self-limitations, and achieve anything in life. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely get every other book the Master puts out.
