I love the course. The 4 weeks of pre-training to get in shape really helped a lot to get a better horse stance, improve cardio resistance, and to have more power for the Wing Chun drills later, I saw a great improvement from day one, and as the weeks went by. The explanations are very easy to follow and the Wing Chun drills really help create power and tools that are easy to imagine in a self-defense situation, Master does a great job at explaining and breaking down more complex concepts to come up with simple drills to practice every day.
