I bought the beginner course with not knowing what to expect. This is a good course because it is supplemental to my own workouts at the gym. The workouts are bodyweight movements and they are challenging. It beats doing the same thing at the gym. There is some Tai Chi every week too. The Wing Chun lesson every week is very helpful because I take a wing Chun class near my home. So far I’m in the fourth week and I’m very excited to keep on practicing.
