Before I started this course, I had already learned Yang-style 108 form, Tai Chi, in Taiwan. I wanted to teach patients Tai Chi to help them heal symptoms, but I found it very difficult to train others. I went online to research possible solutions and came across the Master Wong Instructors Course. After reading and practicing through the twelve-week course, I have to say that it is effortless to understand, even though English is not my native language. This course structure can be divided roughly into four easy-to-follow sections covering QiGong, Yang Style, and Meditation. Every video explanation is clear, and I enjoyed this course very much. I had improved my skill in Tai Chi and teaching strategy in this course before I took the instructor course. It is highly recommended for the beginner of Tai Chi to take this course.
