Drink 2 glasses of water when you wake followed by up to a gallon a day for maximum hydration.
Total hydration does NOT include, coffee, tea or carbonated drinks.
Throughout the 10 Day Challenge, it’s crucial to stay hydrated! Even a small percentage of dehydration can greatly affect your mood. Feel your best throughout the challenge and set yourself up for success by simply increasing your water intake.
We urge you to take this fitness test as a way to measure your progression in your fitness later. The exercises here also gives you a feel of what’s to come.
