Start with 10–15 minutes a day, 3–5 days a week. The path is: Foundations → 28-Day Immersion → Follow the Master → Yang 24. As you settle in, sessions can stretch to 20–30 minutes. No equipment; a small, quiet space is enough.
Most students notice calmer breathing and less tension within 7–10 days, better balance and smoother movement by week 3–4, and deeper stamina/coordination as you continue. Results vary—consistency wins.
Use ENERGY on off-days or as a 10-minute finisher to speed recovery, improve balance, and keep joints happy. Typical split: FORM/COMBAT 3–4 days, ENERGY 2–3 days, or mini ENERGY sessions after harder training.
