Nikita’s 28-Day KT3 Dragon Fit
Nikita’s 28-Day KT3 Dragon Fit Transformation – A Mother’s Perspective
As a mother, watching my daughter Nikita grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. At just 7 years old, she has always been full of energy and curiosity, but I wanted to find something that would challenge her both physically and mentally. When we joined the KT3 Dragon Fit Challenge, I had no idea just how much this journey would transform her.
Week 1: The Beginning of the Journey
When we started the challenge, Nikita was excited but also a little unsure. The initial fitness test was tough for her:
Press-Ups: 38 reps
Sit-Ups: 23 reps
Burpees: 14 reps
She struggled with form and endurance, and when it came to the self-defense techniques, she hesitated, unsure of how to react. Her confidence score for self-defense was at 0/10 across all techniques. I could see that while she had enthusiasm, she lacked the belief in herself to execute the moves with purpose.
Week 2: Gaining Strength and Confidence
By the second week, something incredible started to happen. Nikita began improving her endurance and technique. Her fitness numbers went up:
Press-Ups: 42 reps
Sit-Ups: 28 reps
Burpees: 33 reps
Her self-defense scores also improved. She became more confident in breaking free from wrist grabs and learning how to use Covers 1, 2, and 3 effectively.
Her new scores:
Confidence: 5/10
Technique/Execution: 5/10
Situational Awareness: 5/10
She was no longer hesitating—she was reacting.
Week 3: Flow Drill Introduction – Moving with Purpose
By the third week, Nikita transitioned into flow drills, where she had to react in real-time rather than performing isolated movements. This was the biggest shift for her.
🔥 Total Flow Reps in 2 Minutes: Week 3: 20 Reps
Her self-defense also improved dramatically:
Confidence: 7/10
Technique/Execution: 7/10
Situational Awareness: 7/10
She was no longer thinking—she was moving instinctively!
Week 4: The Final Mastery Test – Real-World Readiness
By the final week, Nikita faced her toughest challenge yet—a full contact self-defense simulation.
She had to defend against a live attacker throwing punches and attempting grabs while utilizing her covers and counterattacks.
🔥 Final Fitness Scores:
Press-Ups: 50 reps
Sit-Ups: 34 reps
Burpees: 40 reps
Total Flow Reps in 2 Minutes: 22 reps
🔥 Final Self-Defense Scores:
Confidence: 5/10
Technique/Execution: 5/10
Situational Awareness: 5/10
She aced the final test, moving seamlessly through defenses and counters with confidence and speed. It was a complete transformation!
A Mother’s Testimony – My Heartfelt Reflection
I cannot express how proud I am of my daughter. This challenge was not just about fitness—it was about building real-world skills, resilience, and self-belief.
Nikita went from a hesitant little girl unsure of her movements to a strong, confident warrior who can defend herself and push through physical challenges.
The KT3 Dragon Fit Challenge has been life-changing for her, and for me as a mother. If you’re looking for something that truly empowers children, I highly recommend this journey.
